Over 30 years’ experience in providing global EPOS & retail solutions

Eurostop was founded in the UK in 1990 and has progressed rapidly to be a major force offering complete EPOS and retail software solutions to many fashion, footwear, jewellery and general merchandise retailers today.

Our experience and understanding of these retail sectors has allowed us to develop well established systems that allow you to manage your merchandise and business processes with efficiency and ease.

In the last decade, Eurostop has successfully expanded into Asia, and established offices in Malaysia and Singapore. These offices cater to the Asia Pacific market and help to service our global customer base.

Eurostop Founded

by Richard Loh who had previously operated as a Retail Merchandise Director of Lady at Lord John and Retail Analyst at Honeywell Bull. He saw a gap in the market for a specialised fashion and footwear Stock Control system, which he had the vision to develop.

WinRMIS (Stock Control) system launched

At the time, this was interfaced to a third party EPOS system. The connection was not seamless, so Eurostop worked on our own EPOS, launching WinPOS in 1991.

First Deal ‘Signed with a Handshake’

The company signed it’s first deal with Jaques Vert retailing in 30 stores throughout the UK.

Powering international retail

With luxury designer fashion brand retailer, Joseph, trading in 60 stores nationwide, as well as New York, San Francisco and Paris.

Increasing footprint on the high street

Going outdoor with Trespass

Ubiquitious outdoor brand Trespass had 20 stores in 2007, and in 2024, Eurostop’s systems are now in all 350 of their stores nationwide. Multicurrency and fiscal features cater to their international locations across Europe and Canada.

Asia office in demand

Approached by Wincor Nixdorf Singapore to partner in Asia, we found the lure of the warmer climes, good food and bustling retail mega malls too much of a draw, so decided to setup independently with our first international office in Asia gateway to the Far East, Singapore.

Expansion to China

China office opened to cater to the wider Asia Pacific market. Opening in Shanghai we met with a steep learning curve catering to the market in China with the challenges of often polar approaches and Asian tradition, but the experience threw us in the deep end with expansive retailers.

Asia flagship product launched

Eurostop’s innovative Tenant Management System met with huge success, catering to F&N (Fraser & Neave Ltd.

Pitching to a Dragon in his Den

Touker Souleyman was ‘in’ with Eurostop! Success with our pitch meant that we rolled out Eurostop Retail Systems to well known high street retailer, Hawes and Curtis.

Asian Acceleration

Established and with growing experience operating in the Asian markets with demanding expectations, we rolled out over 200 stores per day to another sportswear giant, Erke. The rollout of 7,000 stores was complete in just over a month.

New deals meant that we had to double our man power to cater to Anta Sportswear, sponsor of the Olympic Games, with over 12,000 retail outlets! Mammoth employee counts meant that hands on training was supplied to training classes of 100 to accommodate their timeline of 300 stores rollout per day!

Award winning systems power international retailers allowing Eurostop to take them further

Eurostop wins the coveted Retail System Technology Vendor of the Year award!

Our newest POS technology begins to power the UK stalwart M&S for locals and expats alike in bustling Hong Kong.

A new Hong Kong office is opened to cater to the customer base in Asia.

An international customer portfolio grew with Charles & Keith (international footwear and accessories retailer), Shaws & Sons (multiple Irish department stores) and FatFace USA.

Clear opticals see that Eurostop can be trusted with fiscal retail systems

In 2017, Galaxy Optical lost its franchise with Tesco and needed a company who could roll out a fiscalized system to Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. We had the system and the knowhow. They were extremely happy with our service as we managed to roll out to 15 of their stores in just a week.

Today, we have many enquiries regarding consultancy and advice regarding our fiscal expertise which extends across development and audit.

WoM spreads

As with all things, recommendations are one of the most effective sources of business. Of course rigorous selection processes ensue, and we were delighted to be selected by JD Sports Fashion, Trotters Childreswear & Accessories and Graham Tiso, amongst others, in 2018.

Overcoming challenges of a global pandemic

The COVID-19 global pandemic was in force, with many in the retail industry struggling or falling by the wayside. Eurostop in fact celebrated it’s 30th anniversary this year (albeit quietly and remotely), but our establishment in the industry meant that we were able to carry on through, and despite the market for new growth being slow, we made the most of our time developing a new suite of mobile retail apps and POS.

The right choice for retailers emerging

As the world began to re-open and retail re-emerged with a greater emphasis on digital, both Ravenswood Experience (franchise for Harry Potter) A Forbidden Forest Experience and popular womenswear retailer, Roman Originals Plc choose Eurostop to take them forward.

Airports and travel

Excess Baggage operate internationally in airports and train stations globally. In 2023, they selected Eurostop for their all important fiscal retail system.
