The retailer, which stocks designer brands including Vivienne Westwood, Paul & Joe and Anna Sui, has given Question-air.com a high end look and improved functionality.
It has added a ‘recently viewed’ feature and a ‘zoom’ function. The site, created by retail systems provider Eurostop, includes designer profiles alongside each new collection as well as having a QA Talent Scout section, which profiles a new talent each month.
The website is integrated with Question Air’s store stock management system. This allows it to keep track of stock across its six London stores and online. Question Air head of marketing Erica Hodgson said: “We’ve already had some really positive feedback regarding the look and user-friendliness of the new website. We expect to see a steady increase in sales as we work to increase traffic to the site.”
Managing director Sye Razvi said: “We are able to see clearly where stock is selling, which in turn assists us season to season with our buying.” He added that the site had enabled the retailer to gain customers outside London and internationally.
