Help for Heroes Trading Ltd. has selected Eurostop’s e-pos and e-rmis retail management solutions to support its strategy of growth within both its e‑commerce business and its growing portfolio of stores. The company sells new, branded clothing and accessories to raise awareness of the high-profile charity and gifts its profits to them to help offset its running costs.  The systems are already in place in its stores in St David’s, Cardiff, Lakeside and Meadowhall shopping centres and will be rolled out to all future stores, supporting the  company’s goal of opening seven new shops this year.

Helen Beebe, Managing Director of Help for Heroes Trading explained; “The Trading Company aims to support the activities of the charity, therefore it is important that we have robust systems to ensure that we are able to run as efficiently as possible. As our business grows, a retail management and EPOS system was crucial.  Eurostop have a good reputation within the market, and I was confident that they would be able to support us in achieving our ambitious growth plans.”

The new Eurostop system will give the  company improved visibility of sales and stock information and the e-Cubes reporting module will provide better business information enabling  them to make accurate planning and trading decisions.

Phillip Moylan, Sales and Marketing Manager at Eurostop added, “It is important for all retailers to run as efficiently as possible, however, for an operation like Help for Heroes Trading it is paramount. The support the charity gives to veterans and Servicemen and women injured in the line of duty at its four recovery centres makes a huge difference to those affected. At Eurostop we are proud to be working with Help for Heroes, helping to support them in their vital work.”
